Abstract
From a systemic perspective,upholding the Party's overall leadership is not only a necessary requirement for the Five-sphere Integrated Plan to achieve the unity of self-organization and other organizations,the unity of decisive and selective development,and the unity of coordination and non-coordination in development,but also the fundamental guarantee for the Five-sphere Integrated Plan to achieve the system's"overall emergence",resolve the system's"sub-optimization",and promote the integration of the five major con-structions.In the new development stage of building a modern socialist country in all respects,the Party must enhance its overall lead-ership,including using systems thinking to understand and handle problems,improving the ways and forms of the Party's overall lead-ership,and strengthening the Party's leadership,driving force,and cohesion in promoting the Five-sphere Integrated Plan.关键词
