山东省数字经济赋能产业高质量发展研究
Research on High-quality Development of Industries Empowered by Digital Economy in Shandong Province

Abstract
In the new stage,high-quality development is the theme of economic development,and the digital economy is an important engine of high-quality development.Using panel data from 16 prefecture level cities in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2020,this study measures the digital economy index and the industrial high quality development index,and then tests the impact of the digital e-conomy on the high-quality development of industries,as well as the regulatory role of government regulation.The results show that,as a whole,the digital economy significantly promotes the high-quality development of industries in Shandong Province,and government regulation plays a positive regulatory role in this process driven by the digital economy.From a regional perspective,the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of industries has regional heterogeneity.The industrial dividend effect of the digital e-conomy in the Southern Shandong Economic Circle is the largest,followed by the Provincial Capital Economic Circle.And the adjust-ment effect of government intervention is only established in the Southern Shandong Economic Circle.To continuously release the driv-ing force of the digital economy on industrial development,it should steadily promote digital applications,effectively leverage the gov-ernment's regulatory role,and adopt differentiated regulatory strategies for each economic circle.关键词
