彩超引导下椎旁PRP注射联合揿针治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的临床研究
Clinical Study of Ultrasound Guided Paravertebral PRP Injection Combined with Press Needle for Herpes Zoster Neuralgia

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of ultrasound guided paravertebral platelet-rich plasma(PRP)injection combined with press needle in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia(ZRN).Methods Seventy-five ZRN patients hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects and then divided into 3 groups with 25 cases each according to different treatment methods.Group A received PRP injection treatment,group B received press needle treatment,and group C received PRP injection combined with press needle treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy,degree of pain,sleep quality and adverse events among three groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of group C was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of group A(68.00%)and group B(64.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and the pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score of Group C were lower than those of Group A and Group B,the differences were statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of paravertebral PRP injection combined with press needle is more effective in ZRN patients,can reduce patient pain,promote sleep quality improvement,and provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of ZRN.关键词
