可视化精准电生理技术结合中医经络理论治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的效果研究
Study on the Effects of Visual Precision Electrophysiological Technology Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Theory in the Treatment of Female Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of visual precision electrophysiological technology combined with TCM meridian theory in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS)in women.Methods A total of 63 patients diagnosed with CPPS in the gynecology outpatient clinic of Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City from December 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into an experimental group(n=31)and a control group(n=32)according to different treatment methods.The experimental group was treated with precise electrical stimulation parameters,and the control group was treated with conventional electrical stimulation parameters.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment effect,quality of life,and changes in umbilical temperature of infrared thermal imaging images after treatment;as well as visual analog scores(VAS)at the end of treatment,1 and 3 months after treatment.Results The treatment effect,quality of life and umbilical temperature of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);at the end of treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment,the VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of visual precision electrophysiological technology and TCM meridian theory in the treatment of female chronic pelvic pain syndrome can significantly relieve pain,improve the quality of life,and significant therapeutic effects.关键词
