Abstract
The anti-aging efficacy of a facial serum containing two super-assembled collagen ingredients has been studied.The contents of collagen fiber,type I,type III,type IV,type ⅩⅤⅡ collagen in-vitro skin tissues were observed by staining method.Based on 30 healthy women with sensitive skin who used the product continuously for 28 days,the effect of the product on human was evaluated by Primos CR instrument detection and subjective questionnaire method.In vitro results showed that the test samples significantly promoted the secretion of type I and type III collagen(P<0.01),and extremely significantly promoted the secretion of collagen fibers,type IV and type ⅩⅤⅡ collagen(P<0.001).Human body results showed that after 28 days of using the test samples,30 healthy women with self perceived sensitive skin showed significant improvement in crow's feet,under eye lines,forehead wrinkles,and tightening effects.In summary,the serum containing two super-assembled collagen ingredients has a good effect on improving skin dryness,roughness and wrinkles caused by skin aging.关键词
