摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of difficult inheritance,low efficiency,unstable product quality and poor market adaptability of traditional fire painting techniques,this paper proposes a solution of an intelligent fire painting machine combining gantry five-axis drive structure,AI image recognition and computer vision technology.High-precision positioning and command control are realized by LVDT sensor and GRBL system,and AI image processing technology is used to realize personalized customization.It is concluded that the application of the intelligent fire painting machine not only solves the traditional craft inheritance problem,but also opens up a new path for the modernization and marketization of the fire painting technique,and enhances the influence and competitiveness of traditional culture in modern society.
