金线莲提取物安全性与化妆品应用研究
Study on the safety and cosmetic application of Anoectochilus roxburghii extract

Abstract
In order to explore the application of Anoectochilus roxburghii in cosmetics and rationally develop A.roxburghii cosmetics,the whole plant of A.roxburghii was extracted,developed and applied to cosmetics products,and its safety and efficacy were studied.The results showed that the extract of A.roxburghii was safe and non-toxic,and it had no irritation to the skin.The high temperature and light conditions would reduce the content of some active ingredients in the extract of A.roxburghii.The extract of A.roxburghii can improve the tyrosinase inhibition rate,DPPH free radical inhibition rate and ABTS free radical inhibition rate of soft skin water products,which has good antioxidant,whitening and soothing moisturizing effects.In addition,after 28 days of using A.roxburghii lotion,the water content of stratum corneum in the test area was increased by 50.24%,the proportion of red area and hemoglobin content was decreased by 32.05%and 27.63%,respectively.A.roxburghii lotion has a good soothing and moisturizing effect.关键词
