摘要
Abstract
A comprehensive analysis of oily skin is presented, with its etiology systematically categorized into intrinsic and extrinsic factors, intrinsic factors are identified as including hyperactive sebaceous glands, activation of molecular signaling pathways involved in lipid synthesis, compromised skin barrier function, and genetic predispositions.Extrinsic factors are noted to encompass dysbiosis of cutaneous microbiota, environmental influences, dietary patterns, and lifestyle factors. It is highlighted that chronic sebum hypersecretion may lead to various dermatological conditions, including acne vulgaris, pore dilatation, cutaneous inflammation, and hypersensitivity reactions. For effective management of oily skin,a multifaceted approach is recommended, emphasizing the maintenance of optimal hydrolipidic balance, appropriate cleansing protocols, and modification of dietary and lifestyle behaviors. Finally, current research trends are examined, and potential future directions in the study of oily skin pathophysiology and management are proposed.关键词
