Research on the construction of personal data trust system
摘要
Abstract
In the digital age,the value of personal data is increasing,and the security issue is becoming more and more urgent.In the trading market,there are some problems in the protection of personal data,such as the contractual dilemma of privacy poli-cy or user agreement,the unequal status of the main body in the data trading market and the unclear ownership of data.In order to solve the dilemma of personal data protection in the trading market,the introduction of trust system and third-party trust insti-tutions has the feasibility and unique advantages to achieve the purpose of protecting personal data rights.By clarifying the data ownership,the basic composition of the personal data trust system and related supporting systems,the personal data trust system system is constructed.It is conducive to solving data trading dilemma and promoting the legal definition of data ownership.关键词
