Abstract

In recent years,as bulk cargo transportation and mid-long distance freight transportation shifts from road to railway,visible results have been achieved in the optimization of coal transportation structure.However,the share of railway transportation is still insufficient,and the policy implementation of"shifting freight transportation from road to railway"needs to strengthen.From the perspective of the railway bureau group company,combined with the production situation of coal mining enterprises,the construction situation of special lines,and the loading and unloading capacity,this paper analyzed the transportation structure of coal mining enterprises in terms of coal transportation distance,mode,and diversion scope in 2023 from multiple perspectives.It explored the influencing factors of shifting coal transportation from road to railway,such as transportation cost superposition,transportation bottleneck caused by imperfect equipment and line infrastructure,policy guarantee,and new requirements under the construction of a new energy system.Moreover,promotion proposals for key areas and main weaknesses were put forward from the aspects of price and cost,facility construction,transportation organization,and multi-party collaboration for energy optimization combination.These provide references for the facilitation of shifting coal transportation from road to railway and help to better achieve goals such as"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"and"logistics cost reduction for the whole society".
