电石渣激发磷石膏矿渣的强度及浸出特性研究
Study on the Strength and Leaching Characteristics of Carbide Slag Activated Phosphogypsum-Slag

Abstract
A trace amount of cement or lime can activate phosphogypsum-granulated blast furnace slag system to form a hydraulic cementitious material,but the price of cement and lime is relatively expensive,which is not in accordance with the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy of China.The calcium carbide slag as an industrial waste is rich in calcium oxide,so this paper proposes to replace lime with calcium carbide slag to activate phosphogypsum-granulated blast furnace slag system to achieve the purpose of reducing production costs and"treating waste with waste".The feasibility of lime replaced by calcium carbide slag was verified by laboratory tests such as compressive strength,soluble phosphorus,fluorine leaching,SEM,XRD at different curing ages.The results show that for phosphogypsum and slag system,calcium carbide slag has the similar stabilization effect as lime,and it can form calcium silicate hydrate and ettringite with phosphogypsum and slag,forming a gelling skeleton,enhancing the strength of the mixed sample,and the optimal mixing ratio sample strength exceeds 40 MPa after 28 days of curing.The mass concentration of soluble phosphorus and fluorine leaching solution can meet the standard requirements,and the strength and curing effect are the best when the slag-phosphogypsum-calcium carbide slag mixing ratio is 80∶12∶8.关键词
