摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the potential safety hazard of manual inspection of SF6 gas concentration,an inspection robot for SF6 gas concentration monitoring in substations is designed and implemented.The inspection robot consists of a mobile robot and a ground system.The mobile robot is equipped with a gas sensor,which has the function of autonomous movement and real-time monitoring of SF6 gas concentration,and wirelessly sends the sensor data to the ground system through the XBee module.The ground system receives and displays the gas concentration sensing data,and sends commands to control the robot to move to the designated monitoring position.The experimental results show that the system can accurately and reliably monitor the con-centration of SF6 gas.
