Abstract

Conventional methods for monitoring abnormal temperature rise status in power equipment cannot accurately locate the position of the abnormal temperature rise,and cannot effectively identify the temperature rise value,therefore,a power equipment abnormal temperature rise monitoring method based on the Internet of Things technology is proposed.The overall framework of narrowband Internet of Things for temperature monitoring of power equipment is proposed to realize infrared temperature sensing image acquisition and data transmission.Gray weighting method is used to transform the monitoring im-age,and gamma correction is introduced to complete the image preprocessing.The improved binarization strategy is used to di-vide the global image into several local images and search the pixels to obtain the adaptive threshold.It can accurately locate the temperature display area according to the vertical projection positioning method of contour,and intuitively present the tempera-ture value.Constructing a method for monitoring abnormal temperature rise in power equipment by using convolutional neural network(CNN)algorithm to capture image features.According to the experimental results,the proposed method can accurate-ly locate the abnormal temperature rise region,and the identification results of temperature rise values are 38.9 ℃ and 36.1 ℃,respectively,which fully fit the actual temperature values and have stronger reliability.
