摘要

Abstract

Intelligent railway marshalling stations are the research and development direction for marshalling stations in China and abroad,and the inherent safety of marshalling station operations is an important part of their operation management.This paper proposed the connotation of inherent safety in railway marshalling stations specifically from four aspects:operational personnel,facilities and equipment,environmental systems,and management systems,and it put forward goals for inherent safety in intelligent railway marshalling stations that are monitorable,analyzable,controllable,and optimizable.Based on the two principles of systematic and adaptive nature,as well as scientific and operable characteristics,a safety evaluation index system for intelligent marshalling station operations based on inherent safety was constructed from four levels:equipment factors,personnel factors,management factors,and other factors,which included 15 first-level indicators and 35 second-level indicators.Each indicator was explained and calculated,providing support for safety control under the background of the intelligent transformation and upgrading of railway marshalling stations.
