梨星毛虫幼虫足、体表感器超微结构观察
Ultrastructural Observation of sensilla on the legs and body surface of Liberis pruni larvae

Abstract
[Objective]The purpose of current study was to clarify the ultrastructure of sensory receptors on the larvae of Liberis pruni and predict their functions,thereby laying a foundation for further research on this pest.[Methods]Scanning electron mi-croscopy(SEM)was used to observe the types,morphological structures,and distribution of sensilla on the legs and body sur-faces of L.pruni larvae.[Results]The study identified six types of sensory receptors on the legs and body surfaces of larvae:sensilla chaetica Ⅰ(Sch-Ⅰ),sensilla chaetica Ⅱ(Sch-Ⅱ),sensilla basiconica(SB-Ⅰ),sensilla campaniformia(Sca),sensilla trichodea Ⅰ(ST-Ⅰ)and sensilla trichodea Ⅱ(ST-Ⅱ).Among these,sensilla campaniformia were found only on the body sur-face,while all six types were distributed across the body surface.Sensilla trichodea(Ⅰ and Ⅱ)were the most abundant and repre-sented primary sensillum of L.pruni larvae.[Conclusion]This study comprehensively examined the types and distribution of sensilla on the legs and body surface of L.pruni larvae,inferred their potential functions,and provided new insights for the green control of this pest.The findings also offered a theoretical basis and scientific basis for further the morphological study of L.pruni larvae,while contributing to the broader understanding of sensilla in lepidopteran larvae.关键词
