Abstract
With the arrival of Industry 4.0 era,steel enterprises are facing greater development opportunities,production equipment as the core elements of steel production,its monitoring system operation and maintenance management of the level of intelligence is directly related to the enterprise production efficiency,cost control and market competitiveness.In the past,the operation and maintenance mode has the problems of slow response,low efficiency,high cost,etc.,which is difficult to meet the needs of modern iron and steel enterprises,therefore,building a set of intelligent operation and maintenance system based on AI and big data,realizing real-time monitoring of the equipment status,early warning,and intelligent overhauling has become the key to the transformation and upgrading of iron and steel enterprises.Combined with the author's practical research,this paper discusses the construction strategy of the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of the production equipment monitoring system of iron and steel enterprises,in order to provide a set of feasible intelligent operation and maintenance solutions for iron and steel enterprises.关键词
