摘要

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of wireless technology,the deep integration of communication and sensing has gradually become a crucial direction for enhancing network performance.Integrated Sensing and Communication(ISAC),as a key technology in this integration,aims to optimize data transmission and environmental sensing capabilities in a coordinated manner to meet increasingly diverse application needs.Meanwhile,Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface(RIS)technology,with its ability to intelligently regulate the wireless propagation environment,has demonstrated significant potential in ISAC systems.By adjusting the electromagnetic properties of RIS reflection elements,the signal transmission quality can be improved and the system sensing capability can be enhanced.The technical background of RIS and ISAC is outlined,the role and potential applications of RIS in ISAC are explored,key technical challenges faced by RIS-assisted ISAC systems are thoroughly analyzed,and future research directions are proposed.
