Wireless Sensor Network Localization Based on Stage-reconstructed Marine Predator Algorithm

Abstract
With the widespread application of Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)in various applications,the node localization accuracy has become a critical indicator for evaluating their performance.A wireless sensor localization method based on the stage-reconstructed Marine Predator Algorithm(MPA)is proposed,which enhances localization accuracy by improving hop-count estimation errors in the Distance Vector-Hop(DV-Hop)algorithm.During the distance estimation stage,the Jaccard coefficient quantification model is adopted to adjust the hop count between nodes and their neighboring nodes,thereby refining hop-count calculations and reducing localization errors.In the localization stage,a stage-reconstruction strategy is proposed.The population diversity is utilized to redefine the three stages of the MPA to optimize the search process.Additionally,the positions of random individuals are introduced to increase the randomness and diversity of the algorithm,preventing it from prematurely converging to a local optimal solution.Through simulation experiments comparing with traditional algorithms,the superiority of the proposed method in terms of node localization error of each node is validated.Furthermore,the experiments explore the impact of anchor node ratio on the localization performance.Under different anchor node ratios,the proposed method can consistently provide lower localization errors,further demonstrating its effectiveness and adaptability.Experimental results indicate that the proposed method exhibits significant advantages in node localization accuracy and is suitable for WSN localization tasks in complex environments.关键词
