数智时代人机协同教学的决策机制研究
A Study on the Decision-Making Mechanism of Human-AI Collaborative Teaching in the Era of Digital Intelligence

Abstract
Human-AI collaborative teaching has emerged as a prominent instructional paradigm in the era of digital intelligence.However,its innovative development has been constrained by the lack of a well-structured decision-making mechanism.To address this issue,the present study explores the conceptual evolution and decision-making patterns of human-AI collaboration in teaching across various stages.Drawing on the principle of human-AI complementarity,the study proposes a comprehensive decision-making mechanism framework that supports varying levels of teacher involvement and accommodates teaching tasks of differing complexities.The mechanism comprises three core components:a complexity assessment framework for instructional tasks based on coherent operational logic;a task-routing system for distributing decision-making responsibilities between humans and AI;and three distinct collaborative decision-making pathways.These pathways include:(1)a data-driven pathway,in which teachers support AI in making decisions;(2)a data-informed pathway,where teachers and AI jointly engage in the decision-making process;and(3)a design-driven pathway,in which teachers assign specific tasks to AI for autonomous decision-making.The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the underlying mechanisms of human-AI collaborative teaching and offer valuable insights for its contextualized implementation and refinement.关键词
