Abstract
Under the wave of digitization and intelligence,the protection of digital film copyright faces challenges such as fast dissemination,easy replication,and frequent piracy and infringement.It requires a systematic approach that integrates legal,technological,and other comprehensive measures to addressing these issues.This paper examines the difficulties and current state of digital film copyright protection,drawing on both domestic and international experiences in technology and law.It analyzes the evolution of relevant technologies and measures globally,compares the application of these tech-nologies and management models across different regions,as well as explores the current landscape,challenges,and po-tential strategies for protecting digital film copyright.By incorporating advanced practices from around the world,the paper proposes recommendations such as enhancing technical safeguards,refining copyright arbitration mechanisms,and foster-ing international collaboration to support the sustainable growth of the digital film industry.The study highlights the critical role of technological solutions in combating copyright infringement and suggests that future efforts should focus on advanc-ing digital copyright protection technologies to balance the needs of copyright protection and cultural innovation.关键词
