Construction and Application of Knowledge Map for Meteorological Data Governance Based on Neo4j

Abstract
With the continuous enrichment of meteorological data types and data magnitude,meteorological data governance is facing many problems,such as many links,chaotic processes and difficulty of combing out governance ideas.In order to solve the problem of transforming"data-information-knowledge"in meteorological data governance and improve the governance capa-bility of meteorological data environment,this paper presents a construction method of knowledge map for meteorological data governance based on map database Neo4j.In view of the actual situation of operational metadata in each link of meteorological data governance,a knowledge concept hierarchy model is constructed in a bottom-up way.Through the steps of basic data pro-cessing and standard knowledge representation,a knowledge map of meteorological data governance with 3705 entities and 8220 relationships is built and applied in the meteorological data governance business of Tianjin Meteorological Bureau.Practice proves that the constructed knowledge map can greatly improve the query and analysis efficiency of meteorological data trans-mission process.With the help of the association relationship of knowledge map,redundant links in the process can be quickly found,business failure impact association can be discovered,and effective assisted decision-making can be provided for meteor-ological data governance.关键词
