Abstract
Because of the unique formation mode of Tarim River,its water quality varies greatly depending on the seasonal environment.It was called region specific water.After analysis,it was found that the highest Cl-concentration in region specific water can reach 4000 mg/L;The higher the Cl-concentration,the greater the interference on the water sample measurement results when CODCr was determined according to the current standard method.The method of optimizing the dosage of mercuric sulfate for region specific water was adopted to eliminate the influence of Cl-,and the method was validated.The results showed that the influence of Cl-could be eliminated when the ratio of m[HgSO4]∶m[Cl-]was 30∶1 and the water was diluted 2 times;The relative deviation of the measured value of CODCr standard sample with a concentration of 44.0 mg/L(Cl-content of 4000 m g/L)was 6.9%~9.3%;When the dilution was doubled and the region specific water was added standard of 10.0 mg/L,recovery rate was 95.0%~104%.Compared with the standard method,the precision and accuracy of this method met the requirements,and this method could improved the scope of application of the standard and provided technical support for the determination of CODCr in local region specific water.关键词
