可见光条件下溶剂依赖的芳基砜合成
Solvent-dependent aryl sulfone synthesis under visible-light conditions
摘要
Abstract
A novel visible-light-driven solvent-dependent strategy for the synthesis of aryl sulfones was demonstrated.With Ir(ppy)3 as photocatalyst,aryl sulfonyl chlorides and boronic acids as substrates,potassium carbonate as base,1,2-dichloroethane as solvent and water as additive,the proposed strategy could afford various aryl sulfones in 32%~93%yields at room temperature under blue light irradiation.In addition,the application of the strategy in preparation of celecoxib analogue was achieved.关键词
