Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of stratified nursing on wound healing and pain degree of patients with stage 1-2 pressure injury(PI).Methods A total of 178 patients with first and second stage stress injury admitted to the author's hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method according to 1:1,with 89 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received stratified nursing.The wound healing time between two groups was compared,the pressure ulcer scale for healing(PUSH)and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores was evaluated on the 1st,7th,and 14th day of nursing,respectively.The efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shortened(P＜0.05).On the 7th,and 14th day of nursing,the PUSH score and pain VAS score of both groups were significantly reduced(P＜0.05),and the scores of observation group showed showed more significant decrease compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The recovery rate and total effective rate of pressure injury treatment in the observation group were significantly improved compared to the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly improved compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Stratified nursing can promote wound healing and improve healing effect in patients with stage 1-2 pressure injury,alleviate pain levels,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
