祛白消斑汤加减联合NB-UVB治疗稳定期白癜风临床疗效分析
Clinical Efficacy of Modified Qubai Xiaoban Decoction Combined with NB-UVB on Stable Vitiligo

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of modified Qubai Xiaoban decoction combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)in the treatment of stable vitiligo and its influence on the pigment recovery effect of skin lesions.Methods 90 patients with stable vitiligo in department of dermatology of the Second People's Hospital of Hengshui were selected from January 2022 to December 2023,and were randomly divided into two groups.The phototherapy group received NB-UVB treatment,whereas Xiaoban decoction group was added with modified Qubai Xiaoban decoction based on NB-UVB treatment.Results The total effective rate in Xiaoban decoction group was significantly higher than that in phototherapy group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pigment score in both groups was increased significantly while the skin lesion area and VASI were decreased significantly(P＜0.05),and the indicators in Xiaoban decoction group were better than those in phototherapy group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Qubai Xiaoban decoction combined with NB-UVB can effectively treat vitiligo,reduce the skin lesion area,and improve the oxidative stress indicators,with few adverse reactions and high satisfaction.关键词
