Research progress on the"neuro-endocrine-immune"regulatory mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity
摘要
Abstract
Acupuncture has a definite effect on the treatment of simple obesity.Acupuncture can effectively reduce the weight of patients and improve the body metabolism.Studies have shown that acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity is closely related to the regulation of neuro-endocrine-immune function.This article reviews the neuro-endocrine-immune regulatory mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity from the aspects of regulating key nuclei of the central nervous system,improving insulin and leptin resistance,regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,intestinal flora disorders,and regulating related immune inflammatory molecules and inflammatory signaling pathways.This review aims to provide a basis for the mechanism and application research of acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity.关键词
