Basic Biological Characteristics of Exosomes and Research Progress in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Melanoma
摘要
Abstract
Exosomes are defined as extracellular vesicles that germinate inwards from the endosomal membrane and are released into the extracellular environment after fusion with the plasma membrane.Over the years,researchers have made great efforts to find new,efficient and highly selective exosome separation methods.Exosomes are thought to play an important role in cell-cell communication,and inhibiting exosome release in various types of cancer may help slow the progression of some cancers.Therefore,exosomes have been an attractive target for cancer therapy.With the deepening of research,melanoma-derived exosomes have shown great potential in the development and treatment of melanoma.This paper summarizes the main biological characteristics of exosomes and their new progress in melanoma diagnosis and treatment,and provides guidance for future melanoma diagnosis and treatment.关键词
