居家社区养老服务对老年人群健康不平等影响的实证研究
Empirical Study on the Impact of Home and Community-Based Elderly Care on Health Inequalities among the Ol-der People
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of home and community-based elderly care services on health inequalities among older people,and provide a basis for improving the health of older people.Methods Based on the CHARLS 2018 survey data,OLS regression,propensity score matching and instrumental variable method were used to assess the impact of home and community-based elderly care services on health inequality of the elderly.Results Access to home and community-based elderly care services significantly reduced the relative health deprivation index among older adults(P＜0.05).There was a more significant health ine-quality mitigation effect of home and community-based elderly care services on younger older adults,urban older adults,and fe-male older adults.Conclusion Home and community-based elderly care services can reduce the health inequality among the eld-erly.It is necessary to continually improve the system of home and community-based elderly care services.The diversified needs of the elderly can be met by improving the precision and quality of home-based community elderly care services,and strengthe-ning the accessibility and diversity of home-based community elderly care services.关键词
