我国社区养老服务资源配置的空间差异及动态演进分析
Analysis of the Spatial Differences and Dynamic Evolution of the Allocation of Community Pension Service Re-sources in China

Abstract
Objective To analyze the spatial differences and dynamic evolution process of community pension service resources in China,and provide a scientific basis for balancing the allocation of regional community care service resources and improving the social policies for the elderly.Methods The panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2014 to 2021 were selected.The entropy method was used to measure the resource allocation level of community care services.The Dagum Gini coefficient,Kernel density estimation method and Markov dynamic chain method were used to analyze the regional differences and dynamic evolution charac-teristics of the allocation.Results The resource allocation level of community care services in the whole country and various regions has been significantly improved,but there are still significant differences among provinces.The overall and regional differences showed a decreasing trend,but the spatial non-equilibrium characteristics of the configuration level as"high in the east and low in the west"were still prominent.The regional differences significantly affected the degree of configuration equilibrium.The allo-cation level of community pension service resources has strong stability,and its future development trend is good,but there is still a certain probability of horizontal decline.Conclusion There are significant differences in the allocation of community care service resources among different regions in China,especially in the economically backward areas such as the central and western regions.It is needed to guide the rational flow of community pension service resources,give full play to the driving effect of provinces with high allocation level,improve the dynamic evaluation and supervision mechanism of service resources,and comprehensively pro-mote the balanced and healthy development of community pension service resources.关键词
