社区居家医养结合机构服务效率评价及影响因素分析
Evaluation and Influencing Factors Analysis of Service Efficiency of Community-Based Home Healthcare Integra-tion Organizations

Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficiency of community based home healthcare integration services,and provide refer-ences for promoting the development of community based home health care integration services.Methods The methods of cluster a-nalysis and Spearman correlation analysis were used to screen input and output indicators.Stata14.0 software was used to construct DEA-Tobit regression model to compare the efficiency of supply services and analyze its influencing factors.Results Two input indicators(number of health care sectors and number of service programs in the institution)and two output indicators(number of contracted seniors and average delivery time of health care coordination services)were selected.The average value of service effi-ciency of community-based home health care integration agencies was 0.664.And only 25％of the agencies maximized their out-puts.Tobit regression model showed that the number of staff members,home service delivery time,and the number of safety facil-ities were factors affecting the efficiency of community-based home health care integration services(P＜0.05).Conclusion The service efficiency of community-based home health care integration organizations was low.The number of staff,home service de-livery time and the number of safety facilities are factors affecting the efficiency of community-based home health care integration services.It is suggested to focus on the realities of the number of staff,the outcome of the service and the facilities,which will have a positive effect on the development of community-based home health care integration services.关键词
