Dilemma and Solution of the Regulatory Mechanism for Online Sales of Prescription Drugs
摘要
Abstract
Online sales of prescription drugs meet the needs of consumers for convenient drug purchase and accessible medi-cation,while also increase risks and hidden dangers in drug quality,medication safety,and prescription issuance,posing severe challenges to drug regulation.From a legal perspective,the regulation of prescription drug online sales still faces challenges such as low regulatory basis hierarchy and poor operability,unclear rights and responsibilities between regulatory entities and targets,insufficient empowerment and unsmooth channels of social forces to participate in regulation,making it difficult to effectively ad-dress the risks of prescription drug online sales.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the legislative system for regulating the online sale of prescription drugs,clarify the rights and responsibilities of relevant entities in the prescription drug online sales chain,and build a"government-association-media public"co governance pattern through diversified empowerment.关键词
