Application Effect and Mechanism of Tannic Acid in Livestock and Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
Tannic acid is a polyphenolic plant extract widely found in nature.It can be combined with protein,digestive enzymes,alkaloids,polysaccharides and metal ions to form precipitates,affecting the absorption and utilization of nutrients in feed,so it is also called anti-nutritional factor.In recent years,many studies have shown that tannic acid contains a special polyphenol hydroxyl structure.Appropriate intake can exert anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-diarrhea and anti-virus effects.Because it is derived from plants and has the characteristics of safety,green and no residue,it has broad application prospects in livestock and poultry production.This paper mainly reviews the application effect of tannic acid in livestock and poultry production and its mechanism of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-bacteria,anti-diarrhea and anti-parasite,aiming to provide reference for the promotion and rational use of tannic acid.关键词
