摘要
Abstract
A case of systemic lupus erythematosus combined with Eimergomyces orientalis infection was reported in order to deepen the understanding of the disease,provide experience for clinicians and avoid misdiagnosis.Patient,male,52 years old,farmer.Present for 4 days with cough,phlegm,fever,headache and nausea.Haemophilic cells and fungal spores were detected in the bone marrow smear,which were confirmed as Eimergomyces orientalis by culture,and the same Eimergomyces orientalis was also detected in blood culture.Intravenous infusion of amphotericin B cholesterol sulfate complex was given,and symptoms improved after 1 month of treatment.关键词
