摘要
Abstract
The Suaeda salsa L.is a medicinal and food plant with abundant resources.It possesses high nutritional value and is rich in alkaloids,flavonoids,phenols,and other active compounds,which exhibit various biological functions,including the enhancement of antioxidant capacity in animal body,as well as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antitumor properties.This paper reviews the nutritional value,bioactive components,and functions of Suaeda salsa L.,as well as its application in ruminant production,aiming to provide a reference for the resource development of Suaeda salsa L.关键词
