摘要

Abstract

Disc cutter wear is serious in slightly weathered granite stratum.It is necessary to ensure that the inserted hob has long wear life and high rock breaking efficiency by using the inserted hob instead of the disc cutter.In order to solve these problems,firstly,the force model of rock breaking by inserted hob and the calculation formula of wear amount of each ring were established.Secondly,based on the multi-level penalty function of the improved ACO algorithm,the multi-objective optimization model of the inserted hob was constructed.Finally,the minimum radial wear per ring,the minimum rock breaking specific energy,the longest rock breaking distance and the maximum driving speed of the boring machine were taken as the optimization objectives.Multi-objective optimization of the overall model of inserted hob was carried out,and the optimal number of inserted teeth,tooth height and penetration of the inserted hob were obtained.The results show that the proportion of plastic wear and brittle wear in each ring wear of the inserted hob is relatively large.Taking a certain index as the single-objective optimization function of the inserted hob cannot achieve the integrated optimum.It is necessary to use the optimal value of each single objective to construct the multi-level penalty function based on the improved ACO algorithm to obtain the overall optimal value.The front hob is more suitable for the use of inserted hob in slightly weathered granite stratum.The optimized parameter combination is teeth number of 36,tooth height of 8 mm and penetration of 4 mm.
