Field test research on load-bearing capacity of PSB finished rolled rebar anti-floating anchors

Abstract
The load-bearing performance of PSB finished rolled rebar anti-floating bolts was studied based on destructive pulling field trials.The variation law of load-displacement curve of PSB anti-floating bolt was illustrated.By monitoring the strain of the bolt body,the load transfer mechanism of the anti-floating bolt was shown.The test results show that the load-displacement curve of the PSB finished rolled rebar anti-floating bolt has a linear relationship.The rod displacement has no sudden displacement phenomenon,showing good elastic performance.The ultimate bearing capacity of the bolt is much higher than that of ordinary anti-floating bolts,up to 1 075.0 kN.The axial force decreases sharply with the increase of depth,and the shear stress increases rapidly and then decreases.With the increase of load,the shaft force of the rod body is gradually transferred to deep regions,and the peak shear stress of the rod body gradually increases and moves downward.The effective transfer depth of shaft forces and shear stresses is about two-thirds of the length of the rod.The linear function model predicts the Q-s curve of the anti-floating anchor of PSB finished rebar with high accuracy and few model parameters,which can meet the engineering requirements.The results can provide reference for the optimal design and wide application of anti-floating anchors of PSB finished rolled rebar in weathered rock foundation.关键词
