摘要

Abstract

Objective:To identify the species of main compounds in the rhizosphere soil of Lilium brownii var.viridulum and ex-plore their self-toxic effects.Methods:Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to identify the main compounds in the aqueous extract of Lilium brownii var.viridulum rhizosphere soil.The bulbs of Lilium brownii var.viridulum were used as experimental materials,the effects of potential autotoxic substances 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol(2,4-DTBP),acetyl-tributyl citrate(ATBC)and antioxi-dant 2246(AO2246)with different concentrations on the seedling growth and leaf physiological indexes of Lilium brownii var.viridulum were studied by means of sand culture.Results:The main kinds of potential autotoxic substances in the continuously cropped rhizosphere soil of Lilium brownii var.viridulum were 2,4-DTBP,ATBC,AO2246,dodecyl acrylate,etc.,the growth of Lilium brownii var.viridulum seedlings was inhibited after being treated with ATBC and AO2246 at concentrations ranging from 0.02 to 5 mg/mL.The growth of Lili-um brownii var.viridulum seedlings presented a pattern of"low promotion and high inhibition"after being treated with different concen-trations of 2,4-DTBP.After the treatment of three potential autotoxic substances,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and proline(Pro)content in Lilium brownii var.viridulum seedlings all increased,and the activity of peroxidase(POD)decreased at first and then increased.After 2,4-DTBP and AO2246 treatment,the soluble protein content decreased,while after ATBC treatment,the soluble pro-tein content increased first and then decreased.After 2,4-DTBP and ATBC treatment,the soluble sugar content of Lilium brownii var.viridulum seedlings increased first and then decreased,while after AO2246 treatment,the soluble sugar content decreased continuously.Conclusion:After being identified and verified,many autotoxic substances are contained in the soil of Lilium brownii var.viridulum,and the growth of the seedlings is inhibited by ATBC and AO2246,while 2,4-DTBP is presented as"low promotion and high inhibition".
