Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of different nitrogen application levels on the yield,quality and soil microbiological environment of Atractylodes chinensis,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the precise fertilization of Atractylodes chinensis.Methods:A field experiment was conducted with four N application levels(0,105,210,315 kg/hm2)to investigate the changes in yield,quality,soil chemical properties,enzyme activities and soil microbial diversity of Atractylodes chinensis.Results:Nitrogen fertilization could pro-mote the growth of Atractylodes chinensis rhizomes and the accumulation of secondary metabolites,the yield reached the maximum under N3(315 kg/hm2)treatment,the accumulation of atractylotin was the highest under N2(210 kg/hm2)treatment;At the same time,ni-trogen fertilization would cause the soil pH to decrease,enhance the content of organic matter and quick-acting nutrients,and strengthen the activity of soil enzymes;The results of bacteria 16S rDNA and fungi ITS sequencing showed that the nitrogen fertilization altered the structure of soil microbial community and the relative abundance of dominant phylum,the content of available potassium,the activities of catalase and phosphatase were the main factors affecting the distribution of dominant phyla of soil bacteria and fungi.The results of cor-relation analysis showed that Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria and Gemmatimonadota had a positive effect on the quality of Atractylodes chinensis,while the relative abundance of Zygomycetes and Ascomycetes was negatively correlated with the quality.Conclusion:The ap-plication of 210 kg/hm2 of nitrogen is conducive to the improvement of the yield and quality of Atractylodes chinensis and significantly increases the proportion of beneficial soil bacteria maintains the ecological balance of the soil.
