Study on Patent Quality Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevention and Treatment of Urinary Stones from the Perspective of Core Competence

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the patent quality of traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of urinary stones,so as to provide suggestions for improving patent quality and competitiveness.Methods:The patent retrieval and analysis system of the State Intellectual Property Office and the patent database of the European Patent Office were used to search the authorized invention pa-tents for the prevention and treatment of urinary stones by traditional Chinese medicine,and the patent information was analyzed statisti-cally.Based on the core competitiveness theory,the evaluation index was selected,the entropy weight method was used to set the evalua-tion index weight,the TOPSIS model was used to assign weight scores and rank,and the logistics regression equation and ROC curve of SPSS 21.0 software were used to verify the robustness of the model.Results:The research finally obtained 319 authorized invention pa-tents,and the patent information analysis showed that the technology field was in a period of technological degradation,with the efficien-cy and conversion rate of 30.72%and 5.64%,respectively.The number of patents from Shandong province was the largest,and the pro-portion of Chinese medicine compound patents was the highest.The most common applicant type was individuals,and domestic key ap-plicants were mainly enterprises.Universities,research institutes,hospitals and individuals were complementary,and each innovation subject was more inclined to independent research and development,the consciousness of cooperative research and development was weak.In the patent quality evaluation index system constructed by the core competitiveness theory,the weight of value was the highest,followed by irreplaceability and inimitability,and the weight of scarcity was the lowest.The patent with the top patent quality ranking was from two overseas applicants.The results of logistics regression equation and ROC curve verified that the model could realize the identification and evaluation of patent quality(B=4.736,AUC=0.627,P<0.01).Conclusion:In order to better promote the develop-ment of this industry,the future should be guided by the value of technology,build a patent early warning mechanism and strengthen technological innovation cooperation,improve the quality and competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine patents for the prevention and treatment of urinary stones.关键词
