基于正交试验和AHP-综合评分法优选醋红景天炮制工艺及质量控制研究
Optimization of Processing Technology and Quality Control of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma Processing with Vinegar Based on Orthogonal Experiment and AHP-Comprehensive Scoring Method

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the processing technology of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma processing with vinegar and to control its quality.Methods:Orthogonal test was used to optimize the processing technology.The fingerprint of 15 batches of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma processing with vinegar was established by HPLC.Multivariate statistical analysis was carried out using cluster heat map,principal component analysis and good and bad solution distance method.Results:The best processing technology of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma processing with vinegar was stir-fried at 160℃for 16 min,with 15 kg rice vinegar for every 100 kg of materials.A total of 12 common peaks were identified in 15 batches of samples fingerprint,the similarity was equal or greater than 0.885.15 batches of samples could be clustered into four categories.TOPSIS analysis showed that the comprehensive quality of S12,S13 and S15 Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma processing with vinegar was relatively good,while the comprehensive quality of S4,S9 and S14 was poor.Conclusion:The optimized Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma processing with vinegar technology is stable and feasible,which provides a basis for practical production and application.关键词
