长鼻粗吻海龙中一个新天然产物化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of One New Natural Products of Trachyrhamphus longirostri
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Trachyrhamphus longirostri.Methods:The petroleum ether extract of 85%ethanol extract of Trachyrhamphus longirostri was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified according to the physiochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Ten steroid compounds were isolated from Trachyrhamphus longirostri and identified as cholestane-3β,5α,6β-tri-ol-3-formate(1),cholest-5-en-3-ol formate(2),cholesten-4-en-3-one(3),cholesterol(4),3β-hydroxy-cholest-5-en-7-one(5),6β-hy-droxy-cholest-4-en-3-one(6),cholesterol-5α,6α-epoxide(7),cholest-5-en-3β,7α-diol(8),cholest-5-en-3β,7β-diol(9),3β,5α,6β-tri-hydroxycholestane(10),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 is a new natural product,compounds 2 and 5 to 7 are iso-lated from Trachyrhamphus genus for the first time.关键词
