摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents and biological activities of the marine sponge Xestospongia sp.from South China Sea.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,gel,semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatogra-phy and other chromatography methods.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data.Results:Nineteen compounds were isolated from the marine sponge Xestospongia sp.and identified as cholest-4-en-3-one(1),(22E)-3β-hydroxycholesta-5,22-dien-24-one(2),saringosterol(3),(3β,24R,28R)-24,28-epoxystigmast-5-en-3-ol(4),24-ketocholesterol(5),(7α)-7-hydroxy-4,24(28)-ergostadien-3-one(6),7-ketocholesterol(7),(22E)-cholesta-5,22-dien-3-ol(8),24-methylenecholesterol(9),β-sitosterol(10),ergos-ta-5,22-dien-3β-ol(11),cholesterol(12),spatosrerol(13),ergosta-6β-hydroxy-4,24(28)-dien-3-one(14),(3β,22E,24S)-3-hydroxy-ergosta-5,22-dien-7-one(15),7-ketositosterol(16),6β-hydroxycholest-4-en-3-one(17),thymidine(18),indazole(19),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,2,4,6,13 to 19 are isolated from the marine sponge Xestospongia sp.for the first time.Besides,compounds 2,4 to 7,14,15 show moderate anti-proliferation activity to human non-small cell lung cancer H-1299 cells,compounds 2,5 to 7 show moderate anti-proliferation activity to human non-small cell lung cancer HCC-827 cells,compounds 5 and 6 show moderate anti-proliferation activity to human non-small cell lung cancer A-549 cells,compounds 2,3,5 to 7 show significant antibacterial activity against Streptococcus parauberis SPOF3K,compound 9 shows significant antibacterial activity against human pathogen Vancomycin-resist-ant Enterococcus faecium G13.
