Chemical Constituents from the Whole Herb of Euphorbia humifusa

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia humifusa whole herb.Methods:The methanol extract of Eu-phorbia humifusa whole herb was isolated and purified by column chromatography,and the structures of the compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from Euphorbia humifusa whole herb and identified as vitexin-2′-O-rhamnoside(1),ellagic acid-4′-O-(4″-O-galloyl)-xylopyranoside(2),hesperetin(3),isorhamnetin(4),quercitrin(5),naringin(6),naringenin(7),vitexin(8),isoquercitrin(9),quercetin-3-O-(2″-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucoside(10),quercetin-3-O-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucoside(11),nicotiflorin(12),cosmosiin(13),3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid(14),gallic acid(15),ethyl gallate(16),brevifolin(17),methyl brevifolincarboxylate(18),corilagin(19),syringin(20),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 3 are iso-lated from Euphorbia genus for the first time,compounds 4 to 7 are isolated from Euphorbia humifusa for the first time.关键词
