摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents and antioxidant activity of Achillea wilsoniana.Methods:The ethyl acetate extract of 90%ethanol extract from Achillea wilsoniana was isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI and semi-prepara-tive high performance liquid chromatography,and the antioxidant activity of the monomer compound was tested by 96-well plate.Re-sults:Fourteen compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of Achillea wilsoniana and identified as(-)-aptosimon(1),(+)-episesaminone(2),(+)-pinoresinol(3),linderin A(4),(-)-loliolide(5),madhusic acid(6),1β-hydroxy-α-cyperone(7),pubiner-noid A(8),ficusic acid(9),erythro-2,3-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-ethoxypropan-1-ol(10),artemetin(11),isofraxidin(12),pellitorine(13),ethyl succinate(14),respectively.Among them,compounds 2,3,10,12 showed potent scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals with IC50 values ranging of 0.755 to 2.494 μg/mL,while compounds 1,3,6,9,11,12,14 had a pronounced inhibition rates on tyrosinase with IC50 values ranging of 0.157 to 11.803 μg/mL.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 6,8 to 10 and 14 are isolated from Achillea genus for the first time,compound 12 is isolated from Achillea wilsoniana for the first time.
