Quality Evaluation of Different Original Margaritifera Concha by Fingerprint Combined with Multivariate Chemometrics and Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Method

Abstract
Objective:To establish the fingerprint of different original Margaritifera Concha and determine the contents of multiple components,to evaluate the quality of different original Margaritifera Concha.Methods:According to the principle of amino acid precol-umn derivation of phenyl isothiocyanate(PITC),HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of Margaritifera Concha,and simi-larity evaluation and multivariate statistical analysis were carried out.The contents of 10 amino acids were determined and entropy weight-TOPSIS analysis was performed.Results:The similarity of fingerprint of 27 batches of Margaritifera Concha was above 0.900,13 common peaks were identified and 10 components were identified.Multivariate statistical analysis showed that alanine,glycine,L-lysine,valine and leucine were the key indexes that caused the quality difference of each original Margaritifera Concha.The entropy weight-TOPSIS results showed that the overall quality rankings of the different original Margaritifera Concha were Cristaria plicata,Pteria mar-tensii,Hyriopsis cumingii.Conclusion:This method established in the study can effectively analyze the quality of different original Marga-ritifera Concha,and provide a reference for comprehensive evaluation and control of Margaritifera Concha quality.关键词
