摘要

Abstract

Social identity threat is the main dilemma faced by modern vocational education.The reason lies in the fact that the hierarchical logic of adapting the training of skilled personnel and the qualification framework guaranteeing the development of skilled personnel have not been established,thus restricting the improvement of adaptability and attractiveness of vocational education.Vocational education has the dual attributes of national education and manpower development,and is different from general education in teaching mode and evaluation mechanism.As far as national education is concerned,although the degree level has been transferred from secondary education to junior college and undergraduate education,students are still mainly senior high school students,and the way for vocational school students to study is not completely smooth.From the perspective of human resource development,the bottleneck between the education field and the work field still exists,and the secondary and higher vocational schools lack a systematic connection in vocational skill levels,and the evaluation criteria of skilled talents are still based on academic qualifications.Therefore,based on the perspective of the"new eight-level worker"vocational skills hierarchy system,this paper analyzes the source of threats to social identity of vocational education,compares the differences between vocational colleges and technical colleges,explores the hierarchical logic in line with the growth law of skilled talents from the perspective of division of labor and action ability,and tries to build a Chinese-style modern vocational education qualification framework on the basis of it.
