Group Characteristics and Cultivation Enlightenments of China Skill Award Winners
摘要
Abstract
As outstanding representatives of China's high-skilled leading talents,the China Skills Award winners have a radiation and driving effect on the construction of China's high-skilled talents.Through data analysis on 320 China Skills Award winners from 1995 to 2022,it is found that more than 90%of the winners of the China Skills Award are male.At the same time,the age and length of service of the winners of the China Skills Award show an increasing trend,and their educational requirements and vocational skills level requirements are also getting higher and higher.Moreover,large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,industries with high technical contents in the manufacturing industry and professional work are the main gathering fields of winners of the China Skills Award,and the geographical aggregation of winners is basically consistent with the distribution characteristics of China's economic zones.Measures such as strengthening the construction of the cultivation system of high-skilled leading talents,improving the selection and reward system of high-skilled leading talents,optimizing the cultivation environment of female high-skilled leading talents,giving full play to the radiation and driving effect of high-skilled leading talents,and strengthening the cultivation and incentive system of high-skilled leading talents will be conducive to promoting the construction of high-skilled leading talents in China.关键词
