世界技能大赛选手竞技能力训练状况考察
An Investigation on the Training Status of Competitive Abilities for WorldSkills Competition Players

Abstract
As the world's highest-level vocational skills competition,the World Skills Competition brings together top skilled talents from all over the world,showing the highest level and the latest results of vocational skills training in various countries.The most important core factor is the scientific training for the competitive ability of WorldSkills players.Therefore,through the survey on 137 players and 126 expert coaches in 53 WorldSkills players,and interviewing 10 expert team leaders,the mystery of the training of WorldSkills players is explored.The study is conducted from four perspectives:skills training,physical training,psychological training,and language training of the contestants.The findings can provide valuable insights for China's WorldSkills-related work and the development of vocational education.Firstly,it is necessary to focus on the accuracy and standardization training of contestants'skills to ensure that their operations meet high-specification technical standards.Secondly,it is necessary to attach importance to the physical training of contestants,and at the same time,establish a system for diagnosing overtraining and restoring physical functions to maintain the contestants'good physical and mental states.Thirdly,it is necessary to boost the training motivation of contestants and cultivate their psychological resilience,enabling them to cope with the pressure of intense training and competitions.Fourthly,it is necessary to establish differentiated language proficiency training standards and explore scientific language training methods to help contestants communicate smoothly in international competitions.关键词
