The Actual State,Key Challenges and Adjustment Strategies for Vocational Education Empowering Lifelong Learning for All
摘要
Abstract
Vocational education,as a key component of the lifelong education system,is a"soft element"that empowers lifelong learning for all citizens.Looking back,vocational education has empowered lifelong learning through various means such as opening up multi-level and diversified pathways for further education,conducting large-scale skills training,and developing standards for the conversion of learning outcomes,contributing to the construction of a Chinese-characteristic lifelong learning development system.In reality,however,the process of empowerment still faces critical challenges,including lagging construction of learning platforms,deviations in the adaptation of digital resources,and insufficient technical support.Based on this,the adaptive strategies for vocational education to empower lifelong learning include:accurately aligning with needs and optimizing the functions of learning platforms;deepening knowledge integration and enhancing the supply of learning resources;overcoming technological barriers and building smart learning environments;emphasizing humanistic care and improving learning support systems,laying a solid foundation and enhancing the quality of vocational education's empowerment of lifelong learning development.关键词
