高职教育赋能高技能人才培养的成效、问题及进阶路径
Achievements,Problems and Advanced Paths of Higher Vocational Education in Empowering the Cultivation of High-skilled Talents
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of global economic transformation and industrial restructuring,high-skilled talents are of paramount importance to a country's innovation-driven development and industrial upgrading.Higher vocational colleges serve as a pivotal force in cultivating high-skilled talents,playing a key role as the main front for their cultivation,deepening reforms in talent cultivation models,and enhancing their ability to connect with industrial demands.However,higher vocational colleges also face challenges such as insufficient supply capacity in cultivating high-skilled talents,inadequate practical abilities in fostering innovative skilled talents,and limited capabilities in expanding the cultivation of high-skilled talents into modern industries.To address these issues,it is essential to focus on"typicality"as a goal,continuously accelerating the construction of a modern vocational education system;prioritize"innovation"as the core,continuously accumulating new momentum for the cultivation of high-skilled talents;and uphold"service"as the principle,solidly promoting integration with modern industrial development.关键词
